Overview
AMOT provides a custom design and manufacturing solution to meet your pump control systems needs; whether safe area pump control or hazardous area, we can provide the pump control system solution.

- Booster / Transfer Control Systems

Usually complementing the need for Main Oil Lines (MOLs), Booster / Transfer Systems give additional flexibility of process. The Booster / Transfer Control System is usually designed for the same environmental conditions as the MOLs, the pump design needing changes in the controlling logic and monitoring.
- Cargo Pump Monitors

Mounted within the bulkhead compartment on tanker ships, Cargo Pump Monitoring Systems are designed to monitor bearing temperatures of the pumps and shafts whilst transferring cargo. Cargo Pump Monitoring Systems give an early warning of potential excessive temperatures that may cause an explosion.
- Fire Pump Monitors

Fire Pumps Systems are safety critical and need a high level of availability, whether electric motor or diesel engine powered. The Fire Pump System design varies from PLC or relay control often with pneumatic or hydraulic back-up systems. Designed in accordance with NFPA 20, fire pump systems are complemented by remote control panels to operate the fire monitors, therefore keeping the operator at a safe distance and integrating into an overall fire and gas package.
- Main Oil Line Systems (MOLs)

Usually hazardous area mounted, using a wide range of control systems, Main Oil Line Systems can be local or remote, where the major Logic is within a safe area control room or with Local Logic Control and communications links to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) or Distributed Control System (DCS). Main Oil Line Systsems (MOLs) often control the prime mover, intermediary gearbox and the final MOL, in some circumstances a Power Recovery Turbine (PRT) is an added requirement.
- Process Systems

Process Systems designed for the Logic by software, electro-mechanical or pneumatic, achieving a wide range of monitoring and control for various prime movers.
