Relay logic has been used for
alarm/shutdown and control for many decades. AMOT has supplied
many hundreds of systems into the Power Generation, Rotating
Machinery and Petrochemical Industry over the last 40 years.
Ranging from simple alarm systems with a few relays through
to complicated alarm control schemes with upwards of 100 relays.
These systems offer known failure mode benefits along with the
ability to maintain and service with basic tools.

meet with customer requirements.

More recently with the widespread use of PLC controls; relays
are used to interface between PLC I/O and field devices. Where
applicable, AMOT uses relays for the interfacing.
