Operation
Model 1943 is a 2-way, normally-closed valve designed for tripping actuation where a manual reset is desired. The valve is tripped when the latch (Ref. 6) is struck by a centrifugal pin type of overspeed governor, which causes the valve to vent. This valve can also be used with AMOT Model 4102 bearing temperature sensing devices, or as a limited type control on pressure systems
