Operation
Pinpoints trouble in pneumatic safety and sequencing systems to show that there is pressure available at a particular point in the system. One moving part for simplicity and long-term reliability.
Front panel appearance matches AMOT's Model 2400 and 4400 Pneumatic indicating relays making it ideal low-cost companion indicator. Wide pressure range - from 10-250 psi (69-1723 kPa), intended primarily for use with air or gas. Gulf proofed for corrosion resistance in seacoast atmospheres. For an all stainless steel version, see model 4101.
The standard stocked unit is supplied with a combination Indicator Tape (8) on the moving Flag (7) which show red and white stripes in the window when there is no pressure. Above 5 to 10 psi, Piston (3) is extended against Springs (11) and seals on O-ring (2). The Flag moves with the piston which exposes a solid green tape in the indicator window. Additional tapes are supplied with each unit which can be used to reverse the indication or to show a Open-closed or On-Off.3,926,444)
