Operation
Model 8063 Valve Controller is designed for use with the Model GE Electric Actuated Control Valve. As a packaged control system, it provides easy installa tion, simple set-up and operation combined with AMOT's factory support. The Model 8063 consists of Model 8062 Motor Drive unit and Model 8061 Tem perature Controller, mounted and prewired in a NEMA 12 type enclosure.
Model 8062 Motor Drive unit is used with the Model 8061 Temperature Controller. The Motor Drive unit accepts the 4-20mA signal from the temperature controller and provides a relay output to control the Model GE valve actuator. Model 8062 provides for auto or manual control of the GE valve and continu-ously displays valve position on a LED Bar Graph.
Model 8061 is a miniature (1/16 DIN) PID Tempera-ture Controller with a dual display showing set point and actual temperature. The easy to set-up control-ler features a powerful processor that provides full auto-tuning, eliminating the usual start up difficulties.Installation diagram..
