Amot Pressure Operated Valves

AMOT valves are used for accurate temperature control of liquids in diverting or mixing service.
Three distinct temperature control valve groups are available :

1.

Gas and air start systems, vented fuel gas valves, vented valves. These valves are operated by pilot pressure. When pressure is applied to the pilot port, the valve opens to allow a fluid or gas to flow.
When pilot pressure is removed the valve closes.
2-Way vented feature venting of downstream pressure upon valve closure.

2.

Back pressure: regulation of fluid pressure in process, fuel, and pump systems.

3.

General Industrial, and Process control.

Turbine, Compressors, Reciprocating engines

Description
BPV

Back Pressure Valve. Available in 2" size. Body material is ductile iron, steel optional. Designed for abrasive fluids, featuring replaceable wear parts and a balanced design.

SRV

Process Control Valve. Available in 1/2" - 4". ANSI class 150, 300 . Body materials are cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel. Designed for control of temperature, pressure, flow and level for water, steam, oil, natural gas, and other fluids.

2180E

Diaphragm Operated Gas Valve. This valve is available in 2" and 3" sizes. Body material is steel or cast iron and has 125, 150 lb. and 300 lb. flanges. Suggested uses are for fuel shutoff and air start systems. Use of steel provides additional safety against thermal and physical shock.

Two Way Vented Control Valve. Available in 1/2" size. Body material is aluminum. Suggested uses are for fuel gas and as an on/off control valve.

Piston Operated Control Valve. This valve is available in 1", 1-1/2" and 2" sizes 2-Way & 2-Way vented. Body material is stainless steel and the connections are available in the following configurations: NPT and BSP threads, 150 lb. and 300 lb. flanges. Suggested uses are for fuel shutoff and air start systems for gas turbines in the 0-10 MW size rang.

Piston Operated Turbine Fuel Shutoff Valve. This valve is available in 2" and 3" sizes 2-Way & 2-Way vented. Body material is carbon steel and the connections are available in 600 lb. class or 300 lb. class ANSI flanges. Suggested uses are as fuel shutoff or gas start valve for gas turbines in the 0-10 MW size range.

Piston Operated Turbine Fuel Shutoff Valve. This valve is available in 2" and 3" sizes 2-Way & 2-Way vented. Body material is 316 stainless steel and the connections are available in 600 lb. class or 300 lb. class ANSI flanges. Suggested uses are as fuel shutoff or gas start valve for gas turbines in the 15-30 MW size range."
