The Roda Deaco RB Compact Air Shut Off Valve (Models RB2A & RB3A) is a butterfly-style positive air intake shutoff valve designed for diesel engine overspeed protection in compact installations. This valve provides reliable runaway diesel engine shutdown by positively sealing off intake air flow. Available with electrical or mechanical actuation, the RB series can be used in manual or fully automatic shutdown systems When paired with the Revguard 2 speed switch, it becomes part of a complete overspeed protection system.
