REVGUARD 2 Speed Switch
The REVGUARD 2 Speed Switch continuously monitors engine RPM. In the event of an RPM overspeed condition, REVGUARD 2 transmits a signal to close the air intake shutoff valve to shut down the engine. This new release is EMC compliant according to the following standards to prevent external signal interference that may false trip: ICES/IEC 6100/FCC. Our proprietary algorithm eliminates the need for external filters/resistors.

Operation
REVGUARD 2 monitors engine RPM.
When engine RPMs exceed the REVGUARD 2’s set point, the REVGUARD 2 trips, sending an electrical signal to the Intake Air Shutoff Valve.
