Stainless Steel Spark Arrestors - ATEX EN 1834

Stainless steel spark arrestors are designed to prevent the risk of fire due to spark emissions from diesel engine exhaust systems. They are commonly used in marine, oil & gas, refineries, mining, forestry and other hazardous area applications.

 

NOTE: Traditional forestry approved carbon steel spark arrectors (i.e. USFS) are not designed to be used in a hazardous environments where hydrocarbon vapors could be present, and the carbon steel construction rusts when placed near seawater environments.
